I've been posting several storyline projects on Cloudberry so they can be accessed by anyone. As of a few days ago, after moving the storyline files to Cloudberry, when I initiate the program, I get the spinning circle, but it never begins. Has anyone had this experience?
I have seen a couple of similar posts in another user forum. Have you tried uploading content directly using the AWS Management Console? That's what I do and it works without issues.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I've been following the direction
provided in a Tom Kuhlmann video. I drag the files from the left side of
the Cloudberry screen (a file on my computer) to the right side and then
change the security settings. Is there a different method?
I think you're referring to the method detailed here, but there are other options such as working directly in the Amazon console. I also tend to use the method direct in Amazon, but I know I had help from our IT Team to set up our accounts and processes. Perhaps your IT team can also help you set this up?
