Code Activation Problems

Hi
Could anyone help? I have had my computer upgraded and a new version of Articulate installed. It does not recognize my old activation code so Articulate have provided me with a new one (I didn't de-install before the upgrade!!). When I enter the new code, the activate button stays greyed out and does not allow me to select.
Has anyone had this problem and maybe has a solution?

Hi Dorothy!
If the Activate button is grayed out even after entering your serial number, verify that you're using the exact serial number found in your product confirmation email. We recommend copying and pasting the serial number into the activation form to avoid mistyping it.
