Collecting results

Hi all. I have an issue i hope is easy to resolve. My company is just getting started with eLearning and I have just completed the first course that we want to launch. However I am yet to shore up an LMS or even a server to host the new course or any for that matter. My boss wants to get the course out now, I thought i could do it via email, i.e. send a zip file when publishing to the relevant people, but how do i recover the results without a working host or LMS? So what i am wondering is;

Can i set a trigger so when the course is completed (successfully I hope), the learner is prompted to enter their personal details and the results are emailed back to a central collection point?

Any advice?

In time this will be done automatically when the LMS we use talks to our management system.
