As far as I am aware I don't think it is possible to import a colour scheme.
The Usual way would be to go to the Design Tab > Colors > Create New Theme Color. You will then have to add the colours manually with either the eyedropper tool or entering values for the colours.

I think I've found proper way: I created a square with each colour in Power Point. The Storyline Eyedropper can be used cross over the two programs.
Yup thats one way to do it!
I tend to click on 'More Colors' and enter the colour values manually just to make sure they are right!
Awesome Heinz - and the Storyline eyedropper can be used to capture any color on that you see on your computer system.
