Our client tried to view the contents on IPad using the Storyline Mobile Player. The app asked for an update and after update completed, he opened the course and page is not showing colour scheme (Green Storyline frame window). It only shows slides with everything else in dark background and white colour? Is it because different version of the Storyline and the App? We used Storyline update 3: 1305.2012 to publish the contents. And app had most recent update. Is there anything else that could've caused this problem?
Custom player colors aren't supported within the Articulate mobile player as you'll see here in this comparison chart. Also, we're now on update 6 of Storyline, and it's always a good idea to be on the newest update as it's solved a number of issues and bugs.
