Communication Issue with Android Browser

Hi all,
I am about to release our first Storyline course. I have tested it on many browsers etc but am having issues with the default browser on an Android Tablet (Samsung Galaxy 10"). When I launch this it says:
'An error has occured: Error initializing communications with LMS. Press OK to view debug information to send to technical support'. This then shows a blank page.
I published the course as Flash with HTML5 output (not for the app). I noticed the same issue with a similar course, published in the same way.
However, if I didn't select HTML5 output, this works fine. I do require it for Flash and HTML5 though. Can someone please help.

Hi Andy,
Currently, Storyline content may work on some Android devices, however, Articulate doesn't officially support Android devices or browsers. Click here to review the system requirements for authoring and viewing Storyline content.
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your reply. To be honest, I expected it to work OK as is Flash based. Additionally, I have noticed it will work if you just output the flash version (and not html5). Could this be something to do with the device checking code? Has anyone else figured this out?
Thanks,
