Community is very appreciated!

I just wanted to say that all the Heroes and Staff are very impressive in your depth of knowledge and recall, and willingness to go the extra mile to help us out. Every time I come to the Community -- which is pretty much every day -- I might be looking for some direction about a specific issue, and I always get caught up in all the other issues and resolutions posted. Before I know it, I've been here 30-40 minutes just reading and learning.

It's astounding the number of discussions that are started every day, and the number of answers and feedback that the Heroes and Staff give back. I sometimes wonder if monitoring the Community is your only responsibility because it is huge and time-consuming. Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!
