Compatibility with IE11 | LMS

I have been working with the client’s LMS administrator to test the compatibility of our courses with their system and have found that they work as expected when using the Google Chrome browser or an IPhone.  When we attempt to run the same course using the Internet Explorer 11 browser, we encounter an issue ("Internet Explorer has stopped working") when we reach the first knowledge check question, and are unable to complete the course.

Hello Amandeep,

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue viewing your course in IE11. That is a supported browser for Storyline 360 as you can see here.

Do you experience an issue when uploading the content to SCORM Cloud or is the issue only happening within your LMS?

If you are able to replicate, we would certainly want to take a look at your .story file for testing.
