I have a final slide and have a button that triggers Complete/Passed an Exit Course when the user Click an "Exit" button.
I can make the trigger Complete/Passed active, but when I save it, close it and open it again, it is grayed out with the line through it. See attached pix of the triggers.
I do not have any quizzes in the scenes only two "Essay" questions that are not graded.
Thanks for sharing the issue you're running into! I tested this trigger in Storyline 360 Update 43, in both a regular slide as well as a survey question slide, and couldn't replicate where the Complete course trigger was grayed out. Whenever I saved, closed, and re-opened, the trigger remained intact.
Could you try deleting the button, and recreating it?
