Completed lesson status is resetting

I've tested this in SCORM cloud and the results are the same. Using Articulate 3, version 3.5.16548.0
Course is set to mark complete after viewing a specific slide. Leaving before completion allows student to resume where left off. Once marked complete, if they restart it, the lesson is set to incomplete and they must watch the whole thing again. Complete shows status in SCORM cloud when complete. Then ReLaunch shows what happens after launching when complete.

Hi Kelly,
We're seeing a problem in Storyline 3 where completed courses will always resume from the first slide if you published with SCORM 2004. What SCORM standard did you choose when publishing for LMS?
Lessons are published 2004, version 4.
This is only happening once the lesson is marked complete.
Thanks for confirming that, Kelly. It sounds like you're running into the bug I mentioned earlier. I'm really sorry about that!
Until we have a fix in place, you may want to work around it by publishing with something other than SCORM 2004. Is that an option for you?
I'm sure you can't comment publicly, but I've got to ask...

Yes, it's also happening with Storyline 360, build 3.25.18009.0. As soon as we have more to share this discussion will be updated.
This is also happening in Storyline 360 published as html5.

I was able to take a look and confirm that this issue is still open with our team.
We've narrowed it down to courses meeting ALL of the following criteria:
Are these the settings that you used as well?
I'm also having these issues. I am unable to change the configuration.js code as described in the workaround, as I do not seem to have those permissions. I'm not sure if that is an issue within my organization's IT or if it is something I can address via Articulate support.
My course has all 3 criteria noted by Leslie. I have also tried tracking with factors other than by number of slides completed, but none of the changes I made affected the fact that I contiue to get this error.

The publish settings i'm using are:
If I change the report status setting to Passed/Incomplete this fixes the issue in SCORM.cloud but no good for the customers LMS.

Thanks for sharing the additional details! It sounds like you might be running into a slightly different bug, as you mentioned you're tracking by quiz result. I'm glad to hear that Passed/Incomplete fixes the issue in SCORM Cloud, but you say this doesn't work in your customer's LMS?
