Completion flag is sent on everything but OSX

Good morning. I'm hoping someone in the community can assist us with a problem we're having with the attached .story. The scorm consists of 3 quiz slides. Initially the completion flag was contingent on the results slide, but we were seeing many grades in the LMS of 33.3 or 100. It appears that all OSX users (Safari) received the 33.3 grade with incomplete status while all other browsers received the expected 100 grade and completion status. Is there anything at all in settings that would prevent completion on OSX? Many thanks for your time. Currently publishing for HTML5. We don't click the articulate player for mobile because the learner must first authenticate into the campus in order to take their courses.

Thanks for sharing your file, and I'll be taking a look at it right now. I did want to see if you knew what Storyline Update you were using, we're currently on Storyline 2 Update 11. Also what LMS are you using? Did you look at testing it within SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS Testing? And, do you know what version of OSX these users are on?

Thank you for sharing your file with me. I tested the file in SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for LMS testing, and I found that the score was marked as 100% and Complete in both Safari for Mac and mobile devices. Here's a link to the course so you can also test it.
Since I'm not seeing this behavior in SCORM Cloud, this could be an issue with your LMS, and you may want to reach out to your LMS support team for further troubleshooting.
