Completion Settings to look up in SCORM package?

Hello all,

I hope you can help me with this. 
I usually use 80% of content to be viewed in order to complete a course. Now I had a customer who couldn't get a completion and I wanted to check if I made the correct settings. Of course, I can open up the course, go to Publish > LMS > Reporting and Tracking. But I also wanted to know if there is a file in the SCORM package I could open up and see the settings I have made for this course? 
Any idea which file I would have to look at? I couldn't find it.
