I have a budge of only $1,200. What computer system would you recommend for creating eLearning courses using Storyline? Apple or Window, laptop or desktop? Thank you !!
If money is an issue I'd never go for a Mac, in my opinion you pay 40% for the brand. I am a big fan of Dell computers. You buy them straight from the Dell website so no inbetween shops required. Off course you could always go for an unknown brand that would be cheapest. You want to make sure you've got enough working memory and speed. Fast harddisk are always pleasant.

I also like Dell computers. It is better than other computers
