I have a slide with 3 layers. Each layer has 5 items for people to pick from. On the top layer is a submit button and I want a variable to count how many items a learner clicked on. When creating the trigger to add to a variable (under the condition that items are selected), I can choose items from the same layer and the base layer, but not from the other two layers. Any way for me to add a condition for an item that's neither on the base, nor on the same layer?

Hi Niels,
Are you setting that trigger upon the base layer or on the individual layer itself?
Are the layers set up to hide the other layers while being viewed? You can check that within each layers property settings.
If you'd like to share the file here, I'd also love to take a look and see what you've got setup!
Hey Ashley,
Thanks, it works when I put the button on the base layer.
Great, Niels! It sounds like you got this sorted out. Let us know if you need any more help with this interaction!
