Condition to not advance until all items vised issue

Hello, 

I created a couple of interactive slides using the Slider and Dial Tool. I want learners to visit each layer before they can advance to the next slide. 

I have set up conditions but I believe I'm doing something wrong for now it won't let you advance at all. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
