I'd like to the courses we're developing in Storyline to AUTOMATICALLY send users an email with a QUIZ from the course 24 hours after they've completed it so they can get a sense of how much they've retained. Is this possible? Would this be done through 'conditional interactions'? Thanks very much!
I honestly can't think of a way to get this to work for you. Storyline doesn't provide email support, by design. More information on that here. To send email results from Storyline, you'd need to use some methods that have been created by other community members. However, having said that, I can't think of any of those methods that would enable you to delay the sending of the results. Once it happens, it's pretty much instant.
Just in case you're interested in reading about the methods other community members are using for emailing results:
Hmmm. I can not see this happening from within a course. Are you by any chance running this from an LMS?
If so, perhaps you can have some 'post delivery' work for them.
We have the following.
Once a person has taken the classroom course and it is closed on the LMS, automatically he gets online access to the course material that was used for the classroom delivery. If we wanted, we could slip in a quiz before we grant them access...
So if your running your course from an LMSn check out whether you can configure it so it gives the user access to your quiz...

Another option is to have an LMS handle this, but it really depends on the LMS you use and the features they provide.
