Anyone have any suggestions on how to make some "falling confetti" in Storyline 1? I'd like to make it look like a party when users pass a quiz. (No motion paths in Storyline 1, which makes this a bit more challenging)
It doesn't have to be confetti, but I would like something party-like that moves instead of just a picture of a sad office party. :)
Thanks for the suggestion. The animated gif with transparency is probably the easiest solution. The highest quality one I've found so far is linked below. If anyone has any higher resolution options, I'd very much appreciate it.
I'd appreciate some good confetti! It would probably be ideal to have 1080p fullscreen confetti; that way, it could scale down to smaller resolutions too.
These are awesome, Jerson! And as always, you are more than welcome to share your confetti-contributions with even more folks here in the community over in our Building Better Courses forum, as well. :)
Thanks, these were a fun experiment to try, especially the raining kittens. I wanted to see if I can have them animated while they fell. It's just blinking eyes, but I only had an hour to get it done.
Th blinking eyes was my favorite part! I could see how much personality those kittens had and I wanted to take them all home. Luckily my crazy cat lady nightmares brought me back to reality. ;)

Sounds fun David and much less messy than real confetti :)
I've not seen a design like this, so hopefully members of the community will be able to chime in and assist you here.
Maybe an animated gif would work? A step up from just a picture.
Hi Leslie,

Hi David
if you have access to goanimate - there is a 'confetti' prop that can be added to your scene
here is a static image but it is animated
What size do you need David? I can probably do something in After Effects. I'm always looking for ways to experiment with the particle effects.

Awesome assistance here :) Thanks everyone!
Here you go David. I had to make it a bit smaller. For some reason I kept getting errors at 1080.
Party in the forums! Happy Friday!
Thanks Jerson :)
This is great! How can I give you credit? Do you have a site I should link to?
Love it Jerson! Thanks for sharing. :-)
My site is: www.visual-e-learning.com
It can't be a party without balloons!

Had this on my mind and wanted to create it. Confetti Cannon!
Dude, you're out of control!!! What's next, kittens? Frogs? Cheeseburgers? Minions??
This is seriously cool though, thanks for sharing :D
Oh I hope Minions! Or kittens. I'll never say no to kittens. :)
These are looking great Jerson - thanks for sharing!

@Ashley - Ask and ye shall receive (when I have time)
It's raining kittens!
Haha! That gave me a good laugh. Those kittens are fairly adorable too with their big eyes. :) Thanks!!!
Love it!!!
