Hi - I am trying to save hours of transfer file time by connecting my Mic which is running through a Roland R-26 portable recorder directly into the PC. How can I point Articulate to this Mic?
Storyline's record audio feature doesn't have an option to choose which mic to work with, but is likely basing that recording based on what you have set as the default mic within Windows. When you conduct a screen recording, you'll be able to choose the audio input there (for Storyline or Replay).
In Windows 7 this is done through the sound setting in the control panel. In this example, I have the choice of two microphones, the Realtek built into my laptop of the Samson I have plugged into my USB port.
