Is there a way that the latest version of Articulate storyline can "talk" to external databases (e.g. query the database and then display the results OR use the results as part of the lesson)? In other words, is there some way that Articulate Storyline can act as a front-end to a database? I am aware that such a facility may not necessarily be built-in to Articulate but there may be some way to achieve that functionality.
Storyline doesn't support reporting to a database, but there may be some community members who could share ideas they've previously set up. I suspect it would involve writing some Javascript, so you may want to begin by reviewing the Javascript best practices here.
