Constant crashing, when trying to use question bank, and terrible slowdown when moving from question to question, at other times. Have deadlines to meet for an e-learning program we are designing and this is infuriating. Have tried everything. Also had at least 5 red x's today alone, take up the screen, forcing CTRL-ALT-DEL. Have lost hours of work, because of the plethora of problems. Please help.
Sorry to hear you've run into this slowdown - I know how frustrating that can be! Can you first confirm that you're working from your local hard drive and that your system matches the system requirements here? Also, are you noticing slow behavior in all Storyline files, or just the one? If it's just the one file, I would import the slides into a new file to see if that fixes it.
If that doesn't work, I'd look at going through the repair steps, and then reach out to our Support Engineers if it's still happening. They are available 24/7 and will be able to help you one on one.
