Constantly crashing and getting errors when saving therefore doesn't save file

This is very frustrating. Every co-worker I've contacted is having the same issue. I have reinstalled Storyline 360 3 times today and it does not improve performance. I am getting error messages (not always the same message btw) almost every time I try to save and when it does save, it hangs for around 45 seconds before the saving progress bar even begins to move. I have it set to autosave every 10 minutes and that doesn't work either. I love Storyline, but it just isn't cutting the mustard the past couple of weeks and I have installed every update. Can you please advise if you are fixing this issue?

I'm sorry to hear you and your co-workers are experiencing this error! The cyclic redundancy error is usually related to the drive (either a hard drive, external, or network). 

Are you trying to save the files to your organization's network? We advise working with files on your local drive, as working on a network drive or an external (USB) drive can cause erratic behavior.
