I am uncertain how to correct this issue. When I publish to articulate online and I pause a slide with layers, the audio stops, but the timeline continues and the images/layers continue to play on screen. Is there a way to correct this? Thank you in advance.
I really appreciate you bringing this up, as I don't think I've seen this issue mentioned before. Do you have a sample file you can send over? I'd like to give it a test on my end.
Thank you for your help with this. I have attached the first scene of this project. When reviewing, pause slide 1.3 Objectives. The audio pauses, but the animations and the slide layer changes continue to play when paused.
What you are pausing is the timeline on the baseline. The timeline on the intro layer is still running. If you set the intro layer to pause the timeline on the base, that will pause the audio, and what you will see is the timeline for the layer. If you pause that, the layer's animations will pause, and when the layer closes, the base timeline will continue.

Hi Alyssa,

Very best,
Toni
