Hi there, I'm working in an institution with high security level concerning Internet access. The issue I'm encountering is that I can insert a character, select and download it BUT it is not possible to insert a photo/illustration/icon/video from this Content Library.
Are there specific settings we should take care of? Did I miss something?

Great question! At minimum, port 443 must be open and articulate.com should be allowed to access the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription. For complete access to all things Articulate 360, ask your IT staff to allowlist the domains in this article.
