Content Not Available - new responsive LMS

Hey wonderful eLearning Heroes!
I wonder if someone has encountered this before...
Our LMS is now all-singing-all-dancing responsive, allowing users to access content from wherever they are on whatever device. However, the modules I've created using Articulate Storyline 2 are not if accessed from a mobile device.
I've published each module using html5 only and ensured that the Player settings allow the user to determine their own browser size. Is there something else I should be doing? I've asked the lms provider; elearning content that they've produced is available on the portal. They don't use articulate, but publish everything using html5. Wondering where I'm going wrong...:(

Hey there Jo!
It sounds like you've done everything correctly in regards to publishing the course to be mobile-ready. Since it seems you can't access it through your LMS using a mobile device, you may want to look at testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for LMS testing. You can review the directions here, and we are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!
If you can see the course on your device using SCORM Cloud, it's safe to assume that the issue is related to your LMS. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for the heads-up! I'd forgot that I had signed up for the SCORM Cloud so I will try this option to see if the content is available via this pathway!

Thanks for the response. I've looked at both on an android smartphone and apple iPad. They both have the latest versions available. However, I've started to not use the Articulate Mobile Player because I mistakenly believed that the html5 content would work without the need for users to download the player. I'll test one module published to allow articulate mobile player and see if it makes a difference.
Of course, I'll let you both know if these options resolve the issue...:) xxx
Is it just me, or does the SCORM Cloud take forever to load?! It's now 2hours since I stated loading the zip package, and it's still only at 70% xxx

how big is the zipped package you are uploading? I've never had the upload take longer than a few minutes.

I purposely chose one of my smaller zips - 7kb - might that be the problem? xxx

Could it be your internet connection, or perhaps try a different browser to see if that makes a difference.
Happy to try and upload to test it for you if you want to attach it here in the forum
UPDATE: The problem with the slow-upload time is to do with our IT Security settings! Will report back again once I've viewed the content on SCORM Cloud...xxx

UPDATE: Having loaded the 1.4kb zip package to the SCORM Cloud, I previewed the module via the desktop...it worked normally. When I tried to launch it via the a smartphone, I get the same screen I have on my lms (see attached screenshot).
I loaded a second zip on to the SCORM Cloud and attempted to access this. When I pressed the play button the background audio came through, but no visuals.
Any ideas? xxx

They'll be able to test your file and determine whether it's a file issue or something related to your specific set-up. Hi all
I'm pleased to report that, after the intervention by the wonderful Vevette, the problem has been resolved. Turns out I was using version 4, having missed out on several version upgrades. I'm now on version 11 and it's working exactly how I need it to.
