Content on layer 2 is not visobleon company laptop

When I publish my quiz as an HTML and upload it to my web server I can view the opening slide which is 2 layers. Layer 2 elements are highlighted in yellow.
My colleague tried to view the same course whilst he was a work and he could not see layer 2!
Any Ideas?
