Hello, is there a way that wont allow a user to close a lightbox unless the media has stopped? I want to force users to stay on a lightbox until the audio stopps.
Using the default lightbox, you can't currently set conditions on the close button. If you need to ensure learners view the entire lightbox content, you're probably better off simulating a lightbox using slide layers:
All I want to do is when the user quits the light box slide, the audio of this lightbox should not keep playing. Is there a work-around. I am already deep into the project with a tight deadline.
Thanks
Indrani
The audio shouldn't keep playing it should unload when you close the lightbox, which version of Storyline are you using and which browsers are you seeing the problem in?

Can we add an action to the red exit icon of a light box slide? I want to add the action 'stop all media'. thank you
You cannot add an action to the red button
OK. Thanks,

I have not tested it out yet. I will soon, and let you know. I am using Storyline 2. Thank you
