Controlling Drag States

Jul 05, 2017

Hello all,

I'm having some trouble with an interaction I'm working on. What I'm hoping to do is allow the learner to drag the hammer to each individual nail whenever the timeline pauses. When the hammer is dragged over the designated nail, it triggers state changes and a sound effect while resuming the timeline.

The main issue I'm having right now is my nails are still a little too sensitive. I tried to put in a few controls to keep multiple nails from being "hammered" at once, it's still too easy to hammer them, even though the hammer's state changes after hammering each nail. I'm not sure what else I can do to keep things under control.

Take a look at my file and offer any ideas or pointers you have. Thank you!
