Convert or change a storyline file to APP ?

Hi everyone.

I would like to change a storyline file to app itself.

So the user download the file from an app store and

start to use the file without using the "Articulate" app.

Does anyone know about this? If I make you confused please write a comment for me.

Are we talking about providing the source (.story file) to the users through the app or is the course that needs to run in a mobile application?
