Due to the recent news of Flash player becoming obsolete at the end of this calendar year - is there a way for us to convert SCORM files to MP4 or HTML5? If so, do you support a software for this work?
Assuming you have older courses published for Flash, there's no way to convert that to HTML5 or MP4.
The easiest options (assuming you have the source files) is to republish them with HTML5.
Assume you have nothing but the original course. In that case, what I'd do is a screen capture of the course. You can use Replay and output as MP4 video. You will lose the interactivity.
If you want to capture interactions or add quizzes, you could do the recording of the old course via Storyline and then input the static content as video and rebuild just the interactive parts.
