Converting an LMS file back to Story Line 360

Hi,

Unfortunately whilst moving to a new computer I accidentally deleted one on my Storyline modules along with my backups, silly I know.

However I still have the LMS file, does anyone know of a way to convert an LMS file back into Storyline so that I can edit and publish it again.
