Converting SL1 to SL2 - issue with custom nav buttons

We have just started the process of converting all our SL1 projects to SL2 and we use custom nav buttons (images). On conversion they appear in SL2 as much smaller and out of alignment. It's not such an issue with the first three buttons as they are on master slide and its a quick fix, but for the Prev/Next buttons we are having to copy onto the slide, then copy the triggers from the little button to the correct button and delete the little button - this is taking considerable time for each project.
Is the shrinking of images a known issue on conversion? For us it only appears to happen with the nav button images, all other images in appear same size and same position. Any ideas of what we could do to speed it up

I've not come across such problem but I would surely like to know the solution to this.

Just wanted to know more inputs on this are you using same stage size in SL2 as that of SL1?
Yes custom stage size same for both. No other images are affected just the Nav button images - very strange

I actually have seen something similar shared with our QA team and they're looking into it. I don't have an update on that to share yet, but if you'd like to share your .story file here (SL1) version I can take a look and confirm it's the same behavior to associate with the report filed.
