Hi, I have recently converted an SL2 (existing storyline file) to SL360. When I go to the Media Library Storyline 360 crashes. If I try to insert or paste a picture onto a screen all I get is a blank square box in the top left hand corner. I have had to go back to SL2 to edit the file. A colleague of mine has also had a similar problem (however, they are able to insert and paste images just not able to work with the Media Library) - see Case #017855848. We did not have this problem before the introduction of Media Library. This is a concern in our work area as we still have a number of SL2 courses that may one day need updating to SL360.

I think this site should post solutions to problems if they work. I am always seeing where cases are opened but rarely are the solutions/response given.
