Is there a way to do this? We have a lot of training files that we are uploading into Storyline and making changes there. Is there a way to then save it back into a PowerPoint Presentation? Thanks!
Currently, the only way to import Storyline into Presenter is by web object.

If you would like to see other options for inserting Storyline into PowerPoint and Presenter in the future, please do submit a feature request. We take suggestions seriously!
It would be a really great feature to be able to download the parts of the storyline project that are powerpoint compatible and put them back into powerpoint. I have a presentation I would like to do based on the storyline content but I need to manually do it over in powerpoint.
I am new to Articulate and I am setting up a whole new stream of training
for A very large company . I was a Teacher/Manager previously and new to
this side of instructional design.
One of the issues I have is there are over 4000 employees, we need to be
able to create handouts from the elearning (sl 360 etc). They have a
preference for Powerpoint(I really am not a huge fan of death by
powerpoint)
The company has grown exponentially over the past 4 or so years from about
200 employees upto around 4000. Its public sector and therefore is not
quite as modernised as you or I. I am not allowed to use their LMS
(Moodle, Taleo) as I work for a Contractor(most people here are contractors
and not permanent employees). Currently they are running security checks
on Articulate online to see if I can have approval to run a separate system
for Contractors and they permanent staff can access but I cannot access
theirs......very complicated.
There fore they will now run courses from Articulate 360 and hopefully
Articulate Online and may have to copy them back to PP (which defeats the
object) for me and its a shame.
So being able to send back to PP (even if not all of the functionality
works, i.e. drag and drop etc) would be a big advantage, I would hope to
convert them eventually to Articulate.
Thanks for that context - I can see how a PPT option would keep them in their comfort zone. Likely a big plus for them, especially after so much growth and change already!
You mentioned investigating Articulate Online and Articulate 360 - it's essential to know that although Review 360 allows for SMEs and other stakeholders to see your content and comment on it, it's not designed for hosting and deployment to 4000+ employees.
Have you looked at options to publish to CD/local source so that they could access by downloading from an intranet or playing back on their machines? Similarly, if you need handouts, you could look at publishing to Word which will create a screen capture of each slide.
Let me know if you have any questions on the above - and we'll keep you posted if a convert to PPT feature is added to Storyline!

Hi, Julie -
PowerPoint currently only goes one direction in Storyline. Import only. Round-trip could make for a nice feature.

Hi Philip,
Sounds like you've got an idea for a feature request!
Hi all
Did this every become a feature? Taking Storyline back out to Powerpoint?
Welcome to eLearning Heroes, Clare!
You can import Powerpoint content into Storyline, but not the other way around at this time. Could you share more detail on what you're looking to do?
With a little more detail, I'm happy to explore alternatives that will help you reach the same goal!
