I've noticed that from the story view if you click on the slide that has the variable set and click on the variable and hit ctrl+c then click on the slide in the storyview (you can even select all) you want the variable to go to and hit ctrl + v it automatically copies it. You will have to reassign a few things it's referring to but for the most part this saves a lot of time.

Hi Devon,
I don't think you'll be able to do that as you need to set the starting and ending values as detailed here.
Just copy and paste the slider and set the variable back to the first slider
If you don't want them to adjust it add a hotspot over the top and right click it to remove the hand
Phil, copying the slider doesn't work, it isn't holding the value of the initial slider adjustment in the second slide.
If anyone can show me an example of this working it would be great. What I am attempting to do doesn't seem incredibly complicated.
See attached a quick example that shows how to set one slider to the value of another. Hope that helps.
Thanks Michael, that was much easier than I imagined.
When you copy a slider and paste it. The variable assigned to it changes. You need to switch it back
