Content Library assets can be used any way you like in e-learning you build in Articulate 360 apps and resources, but they're not intended for use in other ways, such as posters.
If you’d like to see the language in our Terms of Service around this, check out section 2.11.

I believe the copyright limits you using those images only in Storyline 360.
