I am using storyline 3. I exported the course with the correct SCORM settings for CSOD. The course includes some storyline elements and .mp4's. After uploading to CSOD and viewing, the slides with the .mp4 media glitch. Both the audio and the video glitch. I have successfully uploaded other courses with .mp4's and have never had this happen. Could the file size be the issue? I"m not sure how to fix this issue.
You could try compressing the media more in the publish settings to see if that changes the outcome. The playback problems could be related to your internet bandwidth, the server hosting the files or the size of the files. Are the videos long (in duration) and therefore have to buffer more before playing back?
