When I load my tests to Cornerstone On Demand the course is marked as complete - regardless of whether the user passed or failed the test. Cornerstone insists that the only way to impact this is through our Authoring tool. I have tried every combination of Adjusting the Results Slide Properties and Reporting/Tracking Options. Any advice or options would be appreciated.
Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud? This will help determine if the issue lies within the course or the LMS. If you are able to replicate, then we would want to take a look.
Also, since you mentioned Cornerstone, I wanted to share this forum thread with you so that you could connect with other users as well.
Unfortunately I have not advice for you, but I honestly feel for you.
We have Cornerstone too, and it is an absolute pain to work with. If there's ever been a user-unfriendly database, then this product surely must be a front-runner, both for end-users and for administrators.
Our e-learning modules work fine, but there doesn't seem to be any proper integration of users' responses with the LMS. The user still has to mark the module as completed. There are also issues around capturing question responses users submit through the module.
Hi, Jörg -- Thank you for your response and for sharing your opinion. And in addition to the information Leslie shared above, I also wanted to pass along this article in case it helps when troubleshooting some of the issues you have described: How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud.
