Cornerstone LMS not triggering complete Storyline course

Hi Heroes! 

I need some saving! This course issue has me spinning my wheels and I don't know what to do or where to turn. I uploaded a course (that includes interactive slides and a quiz with an 80% pass setting) to our Cornerstone LMS. As learners take the course it's triggering a complete / pass for some and showing in progress for others. I told Cornerstone that I think it's an issue within the LMS or how the LMS is talking to this particular course file. They're claiming they did their research and that the issue is with the software. Below are my publish / tracking / reporting settings.

Is there ANYTHING I should be doing differently that would correctly trigger a passed / completion in the LMS?!?!

Report Status to LMS as: Passed / Incomplete
