We are migrating to CSOD as our LMS and I am finding some issues in status and reporting. I followed a best practice in an article to use SCORM 2004 and Complete/Incomplete from Articulate 360.
Once published and completed; if passed, the course drops off my transcript. If failed, the status shows In-Progress and allows the learner to Relaunch (which we do not want them to do).
I have been back and forth from the SL360 file and CSOD in attempt to make adjustments.
Hi Dennis, With SCORM 2004 there is a completion status and success status. The completion status is the Complete/incomplete values and the success is the passed/failed values. The module would need to update the completion to Complete when the success status is set to passed or failed to achieve what you are looking for.
I'm not sure what Storyline does in terms of the treatment of these two statuses. Hopefully their support can shine a light.

The ability for the user to relaunch the content after it's been closed is a setting that the LMS would handle.
As far as the reporting status, Sam has shared a great article. Have you looked at using a different reporting option, such as Passed/Failed, for your LMS?
