Correct answers in matching choice and match

Dec 09, 2015

I have the correct choices to their match counterpart in a choice/match drag over.  I have given the learner 4 attempts to join the choice to the correct match.   I can only get the quiz to give me a "correct" once although in those 4 attempts I can do it each time.  After one correct time, it tells me that I am incorrect and did not select the correct response. Not sure what's going on and can use guidance.

Thank you.

Hi, Glen -- I agree with Wendy; it's always helpful if you are able to share your file or a sample that illustrates the behavior you are seeing. That being said, for which environment are you publishing? If you are publishing for LMS, have you had the opportunity to test in the SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior in that environment?

You may also want to try importing your file into a new file, and if issues persist, maybe run through the steps listed here to see if you find improvement.

Wendy,

Here you go. Thank you for the help.
