When the ability to return to quiz items and change responses is enabled, correct items are scored as incorrect. The file was published using AICC output. Neither publishing for HTML5 or mobile devises were selected. Suggestions for resolving the incorrect scoring would be much appreciated.
I ask because we had a similar issue like this with Presenter/Quizmaker and an earlier version of the Saba LMS. It seemed the first results through a quiz were saved and retained by the LMS, even if we gave the learner the choice to retry the quiz and new results were generated during the same attempt with the course. Saba only remembered the first results with the quiz,
We had to tell our developers to not let learners retry a quiz with the same launch session. The learner had to exit the course and then retry the quiz.
Not sure this is your issue but thought I'd offer our old experience.
Thanks for your reply. The scoring inconsistencies are more frequent when using the LMS, which is Verint's Impact 360, but the probalem also occurs when run locally. Since the lesson is a certification exam, we need to provide the ability to review and change answers before submissions.

Hi!
By chance what LMS are you using?

Wonder if the quiz slides's revisit setting is the issue?

Yes, that does seem to be the culprit.
Yeah!
