Correcting shuffled graded questions but retaining initial score

Mar 03, 2017

I was wondering if it is possible to:

1. correct graded questions (that have been shuffled from a question bank) and,

2. retain the initial score of the test, before going back to seek out the correct answer for the incorrectly answered questions.

The idea is to keep the original score/mark on the test, but get the learner to go back to the questions they got wrong and correct them for their own knowledge.

Hi Christine,

I understand what you want to do but I think there is no available feature in Storyline but there is a workaround using a Variable like v_isQ1_correct.

My idea is to create a variable on each quiz slides. Set it to True or False for correct and wrong answers.

Duplicate all quiz slides for review purposes.
On a Review Button, add a condition to jump to the Question 1 if the variable of v_isQ1_correct is equal to false, then continue to check if check v_isQ2_correct equal to false.. and so on.

Load the duplicated Question quiz if the variable is False.
Same thing on the Quiz Question... When loading to the next Question, use the same condition.

Hope this helps.
