I'm sorry you've run into this error, and I know how frustrating that can be when all you want to do is finish and save your work. It sounds like you see this error on each and every .story file?
First I'd confirm that you're working locally, and adhering to the other best practices here.
Next, if this is new behavior in Storyline 360 since an update, I'd look at repairing Storyline to verify it's a clean installation.
