Corrupted Files

Hello,
does anyone else have his/her files corrupted after the last update November 5, 2019 (Build 3.33.20697.0) ?
Today, second time in a month, i lost my daily work progress as suddenly Storyline crashed and the .story file seems corrupted. It won't even open. I did not do anything unusal, i was working locally on my pc .
I found an earlier version but lots of work is lost once again while deadline is coming. This is very concerning. I have contacted the support of Articulate previously but there is not a solution.
Twice in a month? Please fix it.

Hi Anna,
Sorry for the frustrations with file corruption! There can be so many factors that play into it, and its hard to nail down why files get corrupted.
I appreciate you opening a case and would encourage you to continue working with our support engineers if you need further help!
