Counter Survey

Hi Team, 

Hoping to get some help. 

Ideally am hoping to create a survey style quiz in storyline or quizmaker but I would like the result to be based on a counter, so each answer has a value and the end result is given based on this calculation i.e: 

1-20 = result 

20 - 30 = result 

40 - 50 = result 

 

Is there a specific way to do this? Have tried to play with quizmaker and can't seem to find the best way. 

Any help would be appreciated.
