couple quick questions

Love Storyline btw-- been using Articulate for years now and it is a huge improvement on an already very successful product

Ok, my queries-- I've published my first project and have two issues:

first, my intro video gets a MIME not suppported message-- what type of file format do I need to use?

second, I did build one slide in Engage-- and that slide isn't publishing... should I just rebuild in Storyline?

For the video you will need to install the MP4 MIME type on your web server.

The Engage should publish - maybe you should try re-importing it. Having said that if you can rebuild in Storyline that would be better because the Engage files do not run on the iPad or Html5. This is not an issue if you don't plan on deploying on the iPad or in html5.
