Course completing erroneously

I've created a Storyline course, and it's working perfectly except that it's showing an LMS completion status before it should: It's set for completion at 39/40 slides, but even if you make it only a few slides into the course then exit, its gets completion status in the LMS.
The client I'm working with has Sum Total; I also tested on SCORM Cloud and got the same result. I've double-checked the publish settings and also confirmed the Exit button in the player isn't set to trigger completion. Any other ideas?
(I did submit a support case, but thought maybe there's something obvious I'm overlooking that you all could suggest!)

This is happening to me too. I am using Cornerstone. I came on here to see if anyone else is having this issue.

After taking a look at your support case, I can see that a simple repair for Storyline 360 did the trick! It sounds like you're back up and running.

Thanks Lauren for your reply. I noticed there was an update available to my Storyline version and that seemed to fix my issue!
