A learner fails the one module and the course is still “Completed” and moved to Completion Learning.
1. Fail the last module (i.e. with 50%) then exit the course. The completion status is recorded correctly as “Unsuccessful” however the course was completed and moved to the Completed Learning area.
A couple of questions for you to better pinpoint this snag:
May I ask which LMS you are using?
When publishing your course, what tracking and reporting options are selected?
While each LMS can interpret statuses differently, it might help to see if the same results occur in a different environment like SCORM Cloud.
