We have just recently posted a course to our LMS that is not reporting correctly. I have completed the training under different profiles, using the same browser and completing the course the exact same way and am receiving different completion results.
Is there somebody who can help me troubleshoot this course? I have already submitted this issue to our LMS vendor and they are not seeing anything on their end that could be causing the issue.
Have you already reviewed the information here in terms of troubleshooting common LMS issues? You'll also want to test your course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content to see how it behaves there.
