Hello, we are having some instances with courses not always getting a course completion in our LMS. Does anyone have experience or advice for spotty completion results? The materials generally work but we have enough user reports that we are concerned.
How is Completion determined? Is it by the number of slides completed or by percentage correct based on the Results slide?
For example, I've experienced where users weren't completing because they didn't view enough slides. Originally, I had many slides inserted as layers accessible via hovering. This was easy for the learner to miss. Changing these type of slides so user couldn't advance until certain slides were clicked was helpful for me.
Hi Al! Looks like Kim has popped in to assist you here, but I wanted to share some documentation:
Articulate Storyline communicates course completion to a learning management system (LMS) as soon as the learner meets the completion requirement. See this article for more information.
